Why Aerospace & Defense Programs Trust Our Coatings
When you send parts to us, they don’t just “go to paint.” They enter a controlled, documented process that mirrors the way aerospace and defense teams already work. We receive your parts against a packing list, verify counts and condition, and review your drawings, specifications, notes, and special instructions before any surface prep begins.
Every coating run is built around maintaining the dimensions, clearances, and performance your engineers designed in. We pay particular attention to critical interfaces: bearing bores, sealing surfaces, threaded features, grounding points, and any no-coat zones you call out. Masking is treated as its own step, not an afterthought.
Once coating is applied, film build and cure are controlled within the window required by the coating manufacturer and your process notes. Parts are then inspected, cleaned, and packaged for return so they can move directly into assembly, test, or integration without surprises.
What you can expect from us:
Work to your drawings, specs, and written instructions—not “shop memory”
Careful masking of critical features and tight-tolerance areas
Consistent film build and cure cycles for repeatable performance
Clear communication if anything in your print or hardware is unclear
A partner that understands your first-article parts and production runs are on the clock
